I've been away

Wow - I didn't realize it'd been so long since my last post; here's something to make up for lost time:

I'm going to do my best and dig in to some craft ideas I've had on my mind. Gotta get that sewing machine set up soon! I was laid off from my job last week and now I have nothing but time. We've also moved into a new home (rental) and just LOVE it! The quiet and the yard are very niiiiceeeee.

    Hey sis!

    Sorry to hear about the job but congrats on the new home! We love our new place too!

    I've taken up painting and sketching (acrylics and pastels, respectively). If I make anything interesting I'll post a pic.
